In the area of European labour & employment law, in particular the formation of European works councils, we offer auditing of current structures and modelling of new structures, also when founding cross-border European Societies (SE).
An additional focus is on the in-house training of employees. These allow groups of employees to gain valuable insights into the parts of labour and employment law most relevant to them. The training sessions are typically scheduled as half or full day workshops.
